2. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period specified above
- The course or service must have been purchased directly from AI Learning Hub
- The student must not have exceeded the usage limits specified for their course type
- The student must not have received a completion certificate
- The student must not have violated our Terms and Conditions
- The student must provide a valid reason for the refund request
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Courses or programs where more than the specified percentage of content has been accessed or attended
- Downloadable course materials that have been downloaded
- Certification examination fees
- One-on-one tutoring or mentoring sessions already conducted
- Physical course materials that have been shipped
- Discounted or promotional courses (unless otherwise specified)
- Bundle packages where any individual course has been substantially completed
- Third-party services or materials
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Note: Refund requests submitted outside the applicable refund period will not be processed unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined at our sole discretion.
5. Refund Processing

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- Full Refund: If the request is made within the first 48 hours of purchase and no course content has been accessed
- Prorated Refund: For certain long-term programs, refunds may be prorated based on the amount of content completed
- Processing Fees: Payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the purchase price) are non-refundable
6. Course Cancellation by AI Learning Hub
In the event that AI Learning Hub cancels or significantly changes a course:
- Enrolled students will be notified as soon as possible
- Students will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
- Alternatively, students may choose to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value
- If transferring to a higher-value course, the student will pay the difference
7. Transfer Policy
As an alternative to a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment:
- Transfer to Different Course: Subject to availability and approval, with any price difference payable
- Transfer to Future Session: Students may transfer to a future session of the same course (one-time only)
- Transfer Deadline: Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before course start date
- Transfer Fees: A transfer fee of $50 may apply
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. In cases of serious illness, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary situations:
- Contact us immediately with documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
- We will review your case individually and may offer extended transfer options or refunds outside the standard policy

8.2 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent course access:

- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If issues cannot be resolved, a full refund or transfer may be offered
